Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most. For those of you that know Wesley personally (and not just through me as my big brother) know that he has been battling stage IV prostrate cancer for over 14 years. Early on the doctors were aware of his cancer metastasizing into his lymph nodes but seemed to get his cancer under control. The past two years it became obvious that he was having problems. His cancer metastasized into his bones, specifically his pelvic area. Just recently they found a large tumor on his right kidney and had to put in a stint and colostomy bag. This brings us to the present and what is happening daily, which I will post as often as needed to update you (Wesley's family and friends).
