Christele Rondeau We serve a MITO God

First post: Sep 3, 2016 Latest post: Nov 14, 2018
Christele has suffered from a mitochondrial deficiency since she was young.  Little did we know when we began this journey,  it would be shortly before her 40th birthday that we would get a diagnosis through a muscle biopsy and genetic testing.

Your mitochondria is the power house of your cell.  It is the energy of which you entire body uses to function.  When it does not work, your body does not work.
As it was recently explained.  "She is the car with all the parts but her gas tank is empty so it can not run."  Right now the IV fluids are putting the gas in.  The problem is there Is also a hole in the tank so it leaks.   So for the last 6 years she has been confined to bed.  Those that know her, remember we always called her the energizer bunny.  Well 6 years ago her energy was done.  Even though she is now in bed, her disease does not define her.

Christele accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of five.  She immediately went and got her Sister to tell her about Jesus, and at the age of 3 her sister began to follow Jesus.  From that day on Christele's main goal has been to follow Christ and glorify Him in everything she does.  She does not want anyone looking at her and saying she has a strong faith, but rather she has a MIGHTY GOD.   A God that is the energy and substance that maintains her every move.

Christele graduated cum laude from Biola University with a BM  in Flute performance and a minor in Bible.  She was hired by Biola to begin an instrumental music program for youth ages 8-18. She worked for Biola for 8 years until the program was cut.  She then began a non-profit program called Youth Music Outreach until her body became too weak to work.   Before Christele's body took over you would find her and her students performing at weddings, funerals, retirement homes, mentally ill facilities, inner city LA, homeless shelters, prisons,  and every summer for 7 years she ministered in La Defense France.

Christele loves to garden, bake, read and needlepoint.

This blog is strictly written for others to pray for her and join us in this journey as we see God being glorified.
