On Tuesday, December 12th Wendy showed signs of a stroke while Christmas shopping with her husband Stu in Des Moines.  After being rushed via ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines, the doctors performed an MRI to find that she had a two inch clot in her cartoid artery.  Unable to surgically removed it due to the size, they then tried medicine to reduce it without success.  Currently Wendy is paralyzed on her right side and is having difficulty speaking and swallowing.  Her family and friends are asking for prayer, love and encouragement during this difficult time.  A Donation Account has been established at Great Southern Bank in Oskaloosa.  Donations may be dropped off or mailed to 509 A Avenue West in Oskaloosa.  Any questions please contact Missy at (641) 673-6367.

A PayPal account has also been established to help with the family:  https://paypal.me/pools/c/80a4GIIrYv
