Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

For the last two months Victoria has been going round and round with her Doctors, with what seemed to be extreme allergies that she thought was a result of mowing her lawn. Her Doctor's placed  her on allergy  medicine, steroids and antibiotics, a normal treatment for the symptoms that she was experiencing.

Victoria's symptoms changed again at the end of July when she started experiencing headaches that were affecting her vision.  Being the hard worker she is, Victoria just kept going to work and earned the name "Popeye" from her co-workers because she did everything with one eye closed!  Silly lady, she's tougher than most!
Finally, the pain became to much and her Doctor decided to order an MRI, which leads us to today.......

The MRI showed what nobody wanted to hear. The results showed a large number of tumors in Victoria's brain. In that moment, as you're having the conversation with the Doctor, your world stops spinning and you're faced with a decision on how to react to the news.
Well, Victoria, being the strong, Christian woman that she is, took the news with a fighters attitude.  Her spirits are up, she is feeling positive and she has 100% faith in God that he will see her and her family through this challenging time.

Over the last two weeks, Victoria has received numerous radiation treatments and prescribed steroids to shrink the tumors. She has also endured three MRI's, two CAT Scans, a PET scan and a biopsy.  Although she is in good spirits, she is also feeling the effects of these treatments. These procedures make her extremely tired and she needs rest to build her strength. Please be patient with her as she navigates this new terrain. Once she is feeling better she will reach out to you.

Many tests and procedures have been done,  we are waiting on all the information to come together so the  Doctor's have a full picture of what we are up against . We will update you  via this website when we have a full care plan.

Thank you all for your Prayers and well wishes, we need all we can get right now.
