Hello friends! My name is Hannah, but I preferred to be called Twitch. I am a teen battling many chronic illnesses + comorbidities. I am an advocate and educator for others, such as the chronic illness community, and LGBTQ+ community. I identity as xumgender, and my sexuality is pansexual.
