I started this page because I know so many of you care for my dad, and I want to keep everyone updated. After multiple MRIs, appointments, and a brain biopsy since May, the doctors believe that my dad has Glioblastoma, which is an aggressive, cancerous brain tumor. His tumor is inoperable, and though there is no cure for this, they plan to start a regimen of radiation and chemotherapy.
Thank you to everyone who checks on my dad and prays for him. Please keep it up!! Even though my dad doesn't return many calls, I know he cherishes the messages, thoughts, and prayers. His speech has been affected a bit by this, which makes it hard to talk over the phone. Plus, he's weak and exhausted, especially in the mornings.
As a family, we're trying to take this one day at a time. At times, it seems like a bad dream, but we know that Jesus is here for us and God has a plan. Please don't hesitate to reach out and check in on us. We need all of the support and prayers we can get! Thank you again for all of your thoughts and prayers!!
