The incident leading to Tom's death:

We were at a spring training stadium in the Phoenix metro area. .Ground floor where Tom fainted and fell bouncing the back of his head off the concrete floor....consciousness returned in two and a half minutes. He would follow commands and not oriented . Taken  to ER for baseline CT scan. An hour later #2 scan showed bleeding in brain. Off to emergency brain surgery. Day 2 was first complication (being on warfarin) they could reverse the warfarin but not the resulting oozing that follows reversal. He remained unconscious until death.

Thank you for all the offers of help.  My hope is to create a plan: I will do what I feel comfortable with: I will call for volunteers  if I'm uncomfortable doing task; and last option is to get paid profession help.  To this end I have created a pool of volunteers-to get added to the list send email to Hotmail account and I will add.  hoping for the best and preparing for the worst.
