Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Teresa's journey with cancer began almost 1 year ago.  She noticed a bump in August 2017 that turned out to be a tumor.  On September 12, 2017 she received the news we were dreading that it was cancer called Multiple Myeloma.  This cancer affects blood and bone.  She began treatments right away that included radiation (to shrink the tumors) and chemo to fight the spread.  She did all of this while maintaining a good spirit and positivity.

The radiation and chemo have greatly helped and now she faces the next big challenge...a Bone Marrow Transplant.  The transplant process will begin May 30th which means she will be living in the hospital or near the hospital for the next several weeks (at least a month).  We appreciate prayers, cards, and well wishes, but please no flowers or visitors as she is very susceptible to infection.  We will be providing an address for the hospital soon.  Thank you all for your love and support!
