Cindy Jordan, mother, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, cousin, and nurse has been diagnosed with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia - 2 (CMML-2) which has morphed into acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Cindy also carries the FLT3 mutation, a recently discovered genetic marker that makes her AML particularly aggressive. We, Cindy’s family, have established this Caring Bridge to update our friends and family on her progress through treatment and into recovery. We are thankful for all of your prayers and support as we enter this journey.
