Welcome our caringBridge site, Rock and I felt it was a good time to keep everyone in the loop. At 17 weeks pregnant I had a ruptur of membranes (my water began leaking), I was monitored with weekly ultrasounds and office visits along with seeing maternal fetal medicine. At 23 weeks pregnant which for me was on Mother's Day we were admitted into the hospital until baby boy is born. While here I get ultrasounds twice a week, growth ultrasounds every three weeks and I get put on a fetal heart rate monitor three times a day to check on baby. So far he is doing great and growing perfectly. Since being here my fluid levels have been climbing which is excellent! Our goal is to get to 34 weeks which would be the last week of July and then we will deliver him and hopefully he will only to spend a month or less here. Rock and I ask that's we do not get bombarded with phone calls and text messages, we will update every Thursday on here and more frequently once baby boy arrives. We thank everyone for all the thoughts and prayers.
