Hi! As you may have heard, on August 13, 2018, at 6:30am, Tammi and I will be going into surgery at UCSF...she has foolishly agreed to take part of my liver and have it transplanted into her...Sucker!
The surgery will last approximately 6 hours for me, and 10 for her. If everything goes according to plan I will spend 1 day in the ICU and 4-7 days in the hospital floor, and Tammi will spend 2-3 in ICU and a few weeks in the hospital.
We will both use this site to post photos, updates, and any other materials we think you would want to read :)
