On August 22, 2018 Shem was traveling on a commercial stand behind lawnmower heading from the shop to his jobsite. While traveling, he was struck from behind by a vehicle which caused him to sustain life threatening injuries. He was taken to Aultman Orrville Hospital where he was stabilized and then transported to Akron Children’s Hospital via Metro Life Flight. He was reported as breathing and with a stable heartbeat but unresponsive. He has been unresponsive up to this point as they have him under general sedation. Shem sustained trauma to his head along with both lower legs (Right leg being the worst). We thank everyone for their Prayers, love, and support. We plead for continued Prayers for Shem’s continued healing according to God’s will.
