On April 4, 2017, I was diagnosed with stage 3a breast cancer.  It came as a shock, having had a "clear" mammogram just 10 months prior.  Nonetheless,  I am on this journey, thankful for all the women before who helped make it so that the doctors are confident in my recovery.   I will spend the next 9 months fighting, through chemo, surgery, and radiation. On the journey, I feel so grateful to have you all along as the best support.  I hope that this site will help keep friends and family updated along the way.  Jon, Keira and I appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement more than words can express.
