Shelby King is an 11 year old princess. She was diagnosed at 6 months with static encephalopathy, which is a cousin to cerebral palsy. She is non-ambulatory (wheelchair bound) and non-verbal, but she can easily get her point across. She loves the Disney princesses, especially Ariel, and she is a huge Poke'mon fan.
