Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement for Lisa during this time when it matters most.
On Wednesday, February 17th, as a result of several body scans and a lung biopsy at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Lisa was diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma. She was seen at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center on Friday, February 26th, where she learned that it was categorized as being Stage IV.
Unfortunately, Lisa is in a lot of pain, day and night. Because of this, she has not been able to respond to each one of your calls, texts, and emails. Lisa wants to express her deep gratitude for everyone's concern. Moving forward, please use this site to remain updated about her progress in her fight against this disease.
