On Monday September 10th I will be undergoing a spinal fusion of my L5-S1 area of my spine to remove a disc that was damaged in a work related accident. I will be at the Pomona branch of the Atlanticare hospital for 3-5 days following the surgery to recover before heading home. I’m going to need more help and words of encouragement than I am comfortable asking for so hopefully I can use this website to keep everyone posted on my recovery and things I need help with.
