Samantha (Sam) was born on March 15, 1996. She was diagnosed with Tetrology of Falllot, which is a heart defect found at birth. Over the past 20 years, she has enduring four open heart surgeries, several other surgeries and procedures, as well as numerous bouts with pneumonia and other illnesses. Though her medical history has been tough on her, Sam never lets it get to her. She just wants to live a normal life. She loves hanging out with her friends and family. She also has a passion for horses and photography and loves her bird, Luna and dog. She collapsed at her parents home last night and had to be resuscitated. She was transported to Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA where she remains in critical condition. Please post your prayers and well wishes and look for updates on her page here.
