Ruth Perkins is married to Bill Perkins. In April, they celebrated their 51th anniversary. Ruth and Bill have 3 kids and 4 grandchildren. They live in Duluth Minnesota and have the wonderful support of many friends and family, including Ruth's brothers and sisters who live in and around Duluth. Ruth grew up as 1 of 13 children on a farm outside of Wrenshall Minnesota.
