Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most.

On Saturday evening, Dad was trimming tree branches at the farm when a large limb swung back and hit him in the face, knocking him about 14 feet off the ladder. He initially went to the ER at Monroe, where he was diagnosed with facial fractures, broken ribs and vertebrae. Also a deep cut on the chin.  Was transferred by ambulance at 1 am to ER at UW Hospital. By Sunday morning, he was moved up to a room in the trauma unit.

CaringBridge is a nonprofit social network dedicated to helping family and friends communicate with and support loved ones during a health journey. Learn more about CaringBridge.
