Ron Overbeek

Ron had started having some odd symptoms such as forgetting passwords, difficulty remembering how to use the oven, forgetting where to find typical items in the house like a fork.  After numerous doctor appointments and tests, Friday, December 23, we received a diagnosis of a large mass in his left parietal lobe which was growing rapidly.  Surgery is scheduled for Thursday, December 29.  We will provide updates and specific prayer requests on this site as we receive them.  
We feel so blessed and are so grateful for the outpouring of love that we have already received.  Please join us in prayer for:
Protection for Ron's body and mind
That the mass will miraculously stop spreading any further and be completely removed in surgery
God's wisdom and divine guidance for the neurosurgeon
That Ron's brain will be rejuvenated enabling him to regain what he has temporarily lost
And, any other specific prayers the Lord guides you to pray
