 I also wanted to stress something to you that the doctor has mentioned many of times during this week.

First: If you are ever having chest pains DO NOT hesitate to get it checked out.  The heart is nothing to play with.

Second:  High blood pressure is hereditary.  Know your family history.


Third:  High blood pressure comes with a lot of collateral damage. Get it checked and get it under control
