As most of you know Ron was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis three years ago. There is no cure and the fibrosis continues to scar his lungs. On Monday of this week we had to call the ambulance at 5:00 in the morning because he was having difficulty breathing. It turned out he has pneumonia. They are treating him with a ton of antibiotics. Because of the IPF, they have to treat him a little differently. They are continuing to keep his oxygen levels where they want them. We have many friends and family praying for his recovery. We are hoping to see improvement soon. He is in critical care unit at Luther Hospital in Eau Claire, WI. Once he shows improvement he will be moved to another floor. He will then have to do some rehab at a swing facility to get his strength up. I asked Ron if he would like to add something to this and he said "I'LL BE BACK" !! He is a fighter.
