Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep our family and friends updated, in one central place. On February 9th, 2017, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. As you can well imagine, the news came as a shock. My husband Joe has been battling prostate cancer for nearly 3 years, now, and we were already very familiar with the great work of Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. They have all been so very good to us there and we are confident that we are receiving the best care and benefitting from cutting edge research. There was simply no question as to where I would go for my own testing and treatment - my first appointment is February 24th. We joke that some couples just do EVERYTHING together. In all seriousness, though, we so appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Love to you all and thank you for visiting our page.
