I have had a life long platelet disorder which has transitioned to blood cancer-Myelodysplastic syndrome with a high likelihood of becoming the very aggressive acute myloid leukemia. The only cure is a bone marrow transplant. I will be having the transplant the 22nd of November (2021). I am told i will be in the hospital for 3-4 weeks. Due to the strict isolation, I appreciate having the caring bridge to stay in touch and connect. I will be allowed visitors following the hospital, BMTransplant guidelines. Thank you for following.
