July 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Triple Negative Breast Cancer and as of August 2019 Stage 4.....it has spread to both lungs and brain. That was after 5 different chemos, a mastectomy, and radiation. I can’t say enough great things about my team at Baptist Health Lexington but there was nothing further they could offer me and we moved my main care to Sarah Cannon Research Institute in Nashville for clinical trials. I am happy with my team at Sarah Cannon Research and feel like they are doing great things there!
Please continue to think of our girls and families and hope there is a clinical trial out there that will slow this beast down.
