Hello I made this to help Katie keep everyone updated on baby Ollie. Baby Ollie is 3 months old. Ollie was born at 32 weeks on September 7th 2021 and weighed 4lb 12oz. Ollie spent 32 days in the NICU at our local children’s hospital. After the 32 days in the NICU Ollie was only home for 8 days before being brought to the ER for Rhinovirus. He was admitted for 2 days then sent home. Ollie was then home for a month before being brought back to the er and admitted. At this hospital they found out that he has tracheomalicia. He was in the hospital for a few days then went home. They did a scope this past Monday 11/22/21 and during that he coded and needed CPR. He was admitted and has been in the PICU since. During the scope they found out that he has severe tracheomalicia, bacterial pneumonia, myocarditis, and rhinovirus. On Wednesday Katie found out that baby Ollie is in heart failure. Currently they are waiting for a bed to open down at Boston children’s in the CICU (cardiac intensive care unit).
