In October 2019, I was diagnosed with serous cell endometrial carcinoma. After a complete hysterectomy, it was determined to be stage 1A. Though no spread to my nodes, chemotherapy is the common treatment, due to the aggressive characteristic of serous cell cancer. On December 26 I began chemotherapy. Treatments are 3 weeks apart for 6 cycles. It takes about 5 hours to deliver the chemo but I have friends scheduled to play games with me during my infusions. And time always flies by when I play games. When chemotherapy is complete, I will have a small dose of radiation. Many people are praying for me, giving me strength and courage.
