Paul/Hadi is home from the hospital and had a visit from a home nurse. He can not drive or lift anything for the next two weeks. Because of complications after the surgery and during his first week home, he very tired and needs to rest with short visits from friends . His Tai Chi students have already been helping by bringing food, sitting with him and helping with our two dogs.
At the moment, he is eating mostly vegetarian and also chicken or bone broth.
What is needed: Visits to sit with Paul, in the afternoon only from 1 to 3pm. Take our dogs for a walk. Work in the garden for an hour ( raking, pruning) Help with house cleaning( vacuuming, dusting) Provide a dinner
