Patt had a hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding, not a clot) around noon on January 2nd at Lentfer Irrigation, John & Patt's welding business, in Shickley, Nebraska. She was life flighted to Bryan West in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she underwent surgery to release pressure on her brain. She remained in the hospital and then rehab until Tuesday, March 19th, when she had another unsurvivable hemorrhagic stroke on the other side of her brain. Her strong and loving heart kept beating until she passed away on Friday, March 22nd. Her life was celebrated at Trinity Lutheran Church in Bruning, Nebraska on March 28th.
