Patricia Schmitt Pat Schmitt-Mayo Clinic

Ok, so here I go again,  I had a story posted, not sure what happened to it.  A few weeks ago while in the hospital for a small bowel obstruction the hospitalist suggested to me that I go to Mayo Clinic because I have 3 autoimmune diseases, apparently this is rare.

Along with having and beat colon cancer when I was 45 and now having a Neurologist who thinks I should have my treatments for my MS every 6 weeks instead of every 4. The change in my treatment for my MS has caused me to have no strength in my legs today and feeling so depressed.

I have applied and have been accepted to Mayo Clinic for a 5-7 day study.  This is expensive! 9 days in a hotel, meals, gas, parking...and no they don't have a place like a Ronald McDonalds house that I am aware of(someone asked me).

I am totally overwhelmed!   OMG the paperwork!

My other issues are Diabetes and Hypothyroidism.  Without financial help for the Hotel I can't go, I have no back up funds, no retirement funds. I had to use all that up while waiting for my disability to go through back in 2003.

I have my God! And I have prayer.  Now I also need your financial support,  Every dollar counts, no amount is too small.  I truly thank you in advance for the support.

GOD BLESS!
