Multiple Myeloma was not in our lives until diagnosed on Feb 2, 2016.  On Nov.5th our grandson asked us to participate in a blood drive at the Max School.  Being blood donors we agreed.  Wayne was rejected because of low hemoglobin so he began testing in Dec.  Ruling out everything else the bone biopsy was done and he was diagnosed.  We were told the treatment would be weekly.  Chemo treatments and possibly a stem cell transplant.
