Nutan Pandey, 31 year old is my daughter and our loving family lives in L 368,Awadhpuri, awasvikas colony, Amaniganj ,Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh -224001 with my wife, 2 younger daughters  & son. Nutan Pandey is a student preparing for civil services and loves listening music & eat Pizza.   About 3 years ago, Nutan was diagnosed with a deadly form of blood cancer MDS with Monosomy 7. The whole world came crashing for us. However, we chose to fight the battle and we succeeded also only because OF YOUR SUPPORT AND WE ARE REALLY THANKFUL FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION. 


But unfortunately she is still having some complications to it...Still she is not completely well.She is  admitted in the hospital because of infections  at Tata Medical Center,Kolkata. Her patient ID is MR/12/002568

Now ,my younger  daughter is the only earning member in the family.After transplant she was fine for few days but again got infection and GVHD.Due to which she needs to hospitalized for further treatment.Now treatment cost will be around 3-5lacs. We have already spend our earnings and savings.Now we don't have money  for further treatment.
