A little over a week ago, our Sweet Nanci entered the hospital with flu like symptoms. She was struggling with her breathing. Unfortunately, this led to Pneumonia and then catapulted into ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome). The physicians decided to put her on a ventilator and into a medically induced coma.
