Myrna Holcomb

Over the years, we have times that prayers for Myrna have been needed. She needs those continued prayers. 

Earlier this year, 2017, situations changed and Myrna needed to change doctors. As the new doctor questioned and examined her, she pointed out a lump on the lower part of her neck / top of her chest.  The doctor wanted tests. The results of those tests required more tests to be done at MD Anderson Cancer center.  Those tests began the week of September 11th. Wednesday, September 13th, Myrna was told she has advanced lung cancer. On Thursday, September 14th, she was notified by her doctor the cancer has metastasized to the brain. Friday, was a doctor appointment with the radiologist at which time she had her first radiation treatment.   The next test, PET scan was performed on Tuesday, September 19th. We went for the doctor consultation September 21st.
