Welcome! Charlie and I will be using this site to update family and friends in one place. As many of you know, I got diagnosed with Stage III breast cancer (node positive) in May 2018 at 35 years old. I have now been diagnosed with a second cancer- an exceedingly rare sarcoma called a malignant GI PEComa. These have both come as a shock and are certainly not what we had envisioned to be combating at a younger age with young kiddos in tow (***WHO ARE UNAWARE OF THIS SECOND ONE!!), but we remain optimistic and are determined to focus on the positive aspects that arise from this journey when possible.
