Mother, Gram, GramMarie, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, Friend. 
Marie has always supported us through life. Now we are supporting her.
Mom had hip surgery in October and has been recovering in the comfort of her home. Family and friends supporting, caring and checking in on her. She loves just being home,  sitting in her chair, sleeping in her bed, visiting with anyone who stops, calls, video calls,  watching games shows,  movies, eating meals prepared or bought, or shipped by loved ones. She loves her hot chocolate with fluff (really just the fluff) every morning. 
This site has been created to share the health status and keep loved ones informed as we can. We would also like you to use this to post your stories and pics that can be shared with Mom (in addition to calls!). Full disclosure,  we will post and show this to Marie when we can. 
Here to Mother's recovery to be strong enough to walk again (as good as someone can at 83 with 3 screws in her hip), happy being at home and having all of you supporting her forever.
