On Thursday October 19th while out on a motorcycle ride with her husband Ken, Lisa's bike collided with a school bus. We are unsure of exactly what happened. Lisa was seriously injured. She has lost her leg, has a badly broken arm, collapsed lungs , broken ribs and has multiple other internal injuries. Lisa has gone through several surgeries to repair her arm and to close up her left leg that was lost in the accident. She is more alert now and able to nod her head yes and no. She still has a breathing tube in. Every day she seems to be getting a little better, but she has a long road ahead of her. At this time family is asking that only immediate family members visit her. We have started this page to keep everyone updated on her condition. Everyone who knows Lisa knows what a strong woman she is. Lisa is one of the sweetest persons I know. She is always there to lend a helping hand, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on...whatever you need. She is always willing to help others in anyway that she can.
