Welcome to Lloyd's CaringBridge site. Lloyd's family has created this page to keep friends and family updated on Lloyd's progress and treatment. 

Lloyd's Story: In May Lloyd started to not feel well. This lead to him having an endoscopy which revealed he had cancer in his esophagus and stomach. The next week Lloyd went in for a CAT scan in which we found out he also has cancer in his liver, his p3 vertebrae and his lymph nodes. At this point it was determined that Chemotherapy was the best course of action. We are also taking steps to change Lloyd's diet.

At this time we are working on getting our house ready to sell. This has entailed letting go of year's of memory's and downsizing. Our family, friends, and neighbors have come together in such an amazing way to help us through this journey and we are so grateful.

Our hearts are heavy as we are still trying to work through the shock and grief of this but we are trying to stay positive and move forward the best way we know how. We appreciate your support, prayers and words of hope and encouragement during this time when it matters most. Despite everything he is going through, Lloyd has continued to have a positive attitude and is feeling as good as we could hope. His family is in awe of what a strong fighter he is.
