This story started with a small bump on Liza's nose in late May or early June. We took her to the emergency room at St. Mary's hospital in Rochester on Friday, July 29th, the day she returned home from Camp Friendship/Courage. The docs did an ultrasound to confirm that she has a tumor on her nose.  They did a biopsy on August 3 and reports later that week named it Rhamdomya sarcoma, cancer of soft tissue.
