Just a few days after my husband, Kendrick, and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary, I discovered that we were expecting our first child. At 17 weeks gestation, my water broke unexpected. After being rushed to the emergency room, we discovered that the baby's heart had stopped beating. On February 18, 2018, I gave birth to a beautiful, tiny baby boy that we named Lee.
