My story begins long ago in 1994. I was just turning 13 and was diagnosed with stage 3B Hodgkins Lymphoma. I endured a years worth of chemotherapy. At 13 I kicked cancers butt! Having cancer once I knew it would return one day to take another beating from me. I just imagined myself fighting at a frail elderly age with grown children. Maybe even grandchildren. Instead, 23 years later I put my fighting gloves back on at 36, a single mother of a 9 year old daughter.
I have been diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. A form of breast cancer. Along with Lymphoma .
