So things started getting harder to remember for mom even simple things that she did everyday she was having a hard time remembering how to do them. Little did we all know it was going to be a very long road ahead of our family. That word no one wants to hear a loved one has.....CANCER! The scariest word ever said! So many things have happened in the last couple of months. Mom has gone through the brain biopsy, a stroke during the biopsy, and have to regain her strength from that, then LOTS of chemotherapy, a little radiation, lost all of her hair and now we are trying to get her gaining strength back from the radiation and the stem cell transplant after the radiation. Now we are waiting on her to get all of her childhood shots again. She is slowly getting back to the mom we all know and love. She is getting her strength back slowly but surely. Now she has been deemed CANCER FREE!!!!!! We were all so happy to hear that news!!!!! Long life ahead of you MOM! We all love you so much! And you are such a fighter and a survivor! We all are so glad that you are getting better and have a long life to live now!
