Lamont Thompson Lamont and his Warriors

Life...what an amazing gift. 
Daily we walk life's path, weaving our way through. The path can be straight and steady but more often than not, it makes sharp turns and twists. 
If we walk blindly the path can be fearful and abrupt. If we walk without purpose it can have us wandering. If we walk without trust, faith or hope in the 'knowing' that we were created in God's love we can be overcome by negativity, doubt, and the inability to see what lies before us. 
Growing up in a turbulent environment/neighborhood Faith, Hope, and Trust served Lamont well. He walked his path with a mighty protection...he wore his KNOWING like a beacon. 
It lit his way and guided him...to wonderful friendships and to the woman that God made special just for him, his Dawn. Together they journeyed, weaved, and overcame obstacles that challenged their Faith, Hope, and Trust. Together they brought new life into the world, four incredible human beings...Moriah, Simone, Jade, and Mason.  Together they created - The Thompson Warriors!

On the night of Saturday, July 21st, their greatest challenge came by way of a Pontine Intracerebral Hemorrhage of the brain stem in Lamont. Like a mighty Warrior does, Dawn remained calm and present getting medical professionals to his side quickly.  Lamont is being cared for physically by an incredible team of Doctors and Nurses at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, Mn, which is an amazing group. 
The Thompson Warriors group now includes family, lifelong friends, new friends, individuals whose lives have been touched by Lamont, co-workers, neighbors and even strangers who have been present for Lamont's speaking engagements, FB posts, and YouTube videos. 
Spiritually and mentally The Thompson Warriors stand on Faith, Hope, and Trust in the Creator of All things, together they are a MIGHTY force. 

Prayer, laughter, togetherness and countless numbers of family and friends have flooded the hospital and surrounded Lamont as he does his 'business' with God. Never failing, never hopeless, ALWAYS trusting! 

To date, the prayers pour in like the constant tide of the ocean. Waves and waves washing over Lamont from every corner of the Earth...Across the USA, Canada, Ireland, England, Scotland, New Zealand and Japan. Please join in, sending loving energy and light. Speak his name out loud as you pray for wholeness, and complete healing to fill his body and mind.
