On October 23, 3014 I noticed a small swollen lymph node on my neck. I waited 3 weeks for it to go away, and on November 13 I went to the doctor to get it checked out. Several scans and exams later, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 2A. I started chemo on December 22nd and will complete six cycles, hopefully ending on May 25.

I went for a follow-up PET scan on February 11, 2015 and was told that it looked normal...the chemo is working and all of my tumors are gone. The rest of the chemo is working to obliterate any cancer cells that may be lurking somewhere in my body so they don't have a chance to establish themselves after chemo is over.

So far, everything seems to be going well and I'm hanging in there!
