Hello, welcome to my page. I am attempting to organize my health journey. I know that there is no cure for many of the things that I deal with but I am hoping this will help me get them managed well.


The Illnesses I have been diagnosed with this far are: ADHD, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Gastro-Esophogeal Reflux Disease/Disorder (GERD), Fibromyalgia, Small Fiber Neuropathy, Hypertension, Moderate to Severe Sleep Apnea, Hearing "Loss" (it's always been an issue so not sure it counts as loss), and I think that is it. My memory can be rather horrible these days. I am trying my best. If I forget things, even important ones, know that I am sorry and it isn't that I don't care. I forget to refill medications before I am very nearly out and those are very important, too. My brain just doesn't let me choose what I retain and what I don't.
