 As most of you may know I was diagnosed with lung cancer 2 years ago stage 2 !I am fully recovered from the lung  surgery and have been cancer free for a year and a half!in January 2017 I fell down some wood steps  at my kids house! I broke my ankle in several spots and had to have surgery on it,  ive  had four surgeries  in the last year and a half to correct the pain I'm having ! My last surgery was in August 2017  where they did a ankle fusion an ankle fusion is where they fuse the bones together to make them one!  I have dealt with several doctors about the pain! Last week I went to the pain clinic and the doctor there said I have nerve pain/damage from the surgeries!  He gave me an anti-inflammatory medication to relieve the pain and swelling! My surgeon and I discussed amputation  at one point but then we decided to give it a year  to see if it gets any better it will be one year in Augest  since the last surgery! I will be seeing a doctor at the University of Minnesota in April for a fourth opinion I will keep you updated ! Prayers for perfect healing are appreciated !
