Kendon was diaganosed with Restrictive Cardiomyopathy in 2010 at the age of 7. He was fortunate to receive a new heart on April 11, 2011, just six months after his diagnosis. Since his transplant, he has enjoyed reasonable health, with various complications. On July 1, 2016 he had tricuspid Valve repair surgery, which went well. We have always kept in touch with family and friends through Carepages up to this point, but since that site will be closing, we are switching to Caring Bridge to be able to continue to stay in touch as needed.
