Hi All,  Kathy hopes to send updates to this site as often as she is able, to let us all know her progress and keep track of it herself.  She is busy with PT and OT today but we're going to show her how to get started soon,  so stay tuned for her story, coming soon.  In the meantime, here's the update from 6-13:


 Friends,
Kathy Phillips is making steady progress in rehab since her accident on Monday, June 4.  She moved over to the West Building Rehab unit on Monday, June 11 and has a full "school day" (as she put it) of therapy.  As you would imagine, she is putting her all into this important work and making amazing progress.

Your cards and prayers and presents provide heavenly therapy that she appreciates more than words can express.  However, she has requested no visitors for a few days, because she needs her late afternoon and early evening to rest from her full day of therapy and be ready for what the next day holds.

We will update you when she is ready to receive visitors.  Since her doctors anticipate she will remain at the Rehab unit for about 18 days (June 11 - 29), cards can be sent directly to her using this address:
