Welcome to Kathy's web site. Thank you for all the prayers.
This is Kathy. She is 16. She is my best friend, partner in crime, and she is the happiest and goofiest teenager I know. She is one of the best sisters anyone could ever ask for. She also has Rett Syndrome. While Rett Syndrome has inhibited her from doing many things (walking, communicating verbally etc.) it has not kept her from enjoying her passions, communicating her wants and needs, learning new things, and loving those around her. She loves unconditionally, brings joy to those around her, she has the most contagious smile and laugh, and she manages to find happiness in the littlest of things. She has taught me so much and I feel very honored to have the privilege of being her older sister! (written by Krista Falk)
I'm Mike Falk. Kathy Falk, my little sister, has a disorder called Rett Syndrome. What that means is she will never walk, never talk, and will always have breathing problems. However, we still have hope as a family. Kathy will be 6 years old on March 12, 2006, and needs more help and care now than ever. I am 15 years old, and am trying to help out my sister now more than ever. Thanks for visiting Kathy's web site!
