Kacey Gaffner

On Tuesday October 30th, Kacey had a seizure at work.  He was rushed to Sparrow ER where the doctors realized he dislocated his shoulder when he had his seizure.  The doctors tried to put his shoulder back in as well as treat Kacey for the seizure. On November 1st, Kacey had surgery to repair his shoulder and this went really well.   It took 6 days and 4 different medications, but the doctors finally stopped the seizures.  We are now on a path to figuring out medications and the cause of the seizures, on top of healing from from major shoulder surgery.   We will remain in the hospital while we figure all this out.
